Del Valle has created Business Units as self-governing entities that are bound to be accountable by their our results, furthermore, there are Corporate Units which management is strategic and they support the Business Units as service providers, all of them from a profitability point of view.

We also have a Strategic Review Committee, which carries out the evaluation and follow up of the good performance of the units, as well as an Internal Audit Unit which assures that the changes are done efficiently.
